Research Interests

I am currently a scientist researcher with CNRS, at Centre de Mathématiques et de Leurs Applications (CMLA - CNRS UMR 8536), ENS Cachan.

I am interested in mathematical problems related to image processing. d'images. My main research interests are:

Mathematical modeling of images (additive and multiplicative decomposition, spatial adaptivity).
Texture modeling (functional spaces, wavelets, copy-paste methods).
Remote sensing images (irregular sampling, resolution invariance, characteristic scale).

I received the Habilitation thesis from ENS Cachan : "Variationnal methods in image processing".

My PhD's title is: "Contribution to texture analysis in image processing by variational methods and partial differential equations". To get more information about my PhD work (supervised by Gilles Aubert and Laure Blanc-Feraud), you can go to my PHD web page.

I was a postdoc at UCLA with Professor Tony Chan.

I was a postdoc at at ENST Paris with Professor Henri Maitre.
