Abstract :

In this work, we give the form of the singularities of the full (spatially inhomogeneous) Boltzmann equation under Grad's assumption of angular cutoff, and in the regime of "small" solutions. The proof uses the smoothing proprties of the gain term of Boltzmann's kernel and the averaging lemmas.
