HOUSING :

You do not need to book accomodation, the institute will take care of it. You just have to tell us your prefered choice in the registration form. You pay the housing directly at the institute during the workshop.

Participants are housed at Cargèse village and the institute (where conferences are). The institute has several double rooms (single or double beds) onsite. In the village, there are hotels but also appartements with 1 to 3 rooms (single or double beds).

Attention : It is possible that the institute can not satisfy everyone's preferences and should allocate some shared rooms whose choice was a single room.

Different types of housing are available :

There will be a fee of 17.50€ for each person that accompanies you.

The institute is 20 minutes by foot from the village. It is therefore advisable to :

Have good walking shoes and a torch for returning to the village at night.

The registration fares (200€) cover the participation to the workshop, breaks and lunchs during the workshop, and the shuttles scheduled as it is shown below.

TO GET TO THE INSTITUTE :

Attention : Unless you are housed at the hotel, the institute will take you to your accomodation, so please contact the organisers on arrival.

Institute shuttle :

Two shuttles will be available from the Ajaccio airport to get to the Institute :

Departure from the Ajaccio airport : around 18:45pm on 09/25/2011

For returning to the Ajaccio airport from Cargèse:

Departure from Cargèse : around 16:30pm on 09/30/2011

The shuttle schedule has been chosen based on the end of afternoon flight schedule. It is therefore highly recommended to book a flight at one of these time :  (A: Arrival in Ajaccio, D: Departure from Ajaccio)

Taxis :

It takes one hour by taxi to reach the institute, contact us if you wish to have a privileged fee (approximately 100euros).

Buses :

There is also the possibility to take a bus to the Ajaccio bus station and then a shuttle to get to Cargèse village.
